A close friend brought Imperal Space Marine Box Set from England while he was station there(US Marine). I had like the Dark Angels since then. For a while i did not play 40k and had no army. My Dark Angel army was lost in a fire 1996. In 1998 started to play again. So paint marines Copperish and call them Storm Dragons, An Unforgiven Chapter. They are completely mechanized marines force. They will never use drop pod. they prefer to get their feet on the groung first.

But we've been kickin' A and takin' names since Rogue trader was brand spanky new!! I remember when I had to wait for my latest issue of WD to arrive, a few weeks late, back when they were from the UK!! I was so happy when they made the commitment to come over completely! I remember the interminable wait for bits to be available from the U.S. Mail Order. And yes I STILL have a a couple of the First Space Marines EVER! I even have the first Auspex figure....the one looking at his arm! I even have him unpainted! SO please....remember...we aren't dead yet, those of us who came before...we're still draggin' A and forgetting our names...LOL. Cheers! ~Jesterz

Posts: 288 23-Feb-2008 11:09:30	Well, I'm back from the trade fair and I brought some souvenirs: a set of small drills for the pin vice, and this. The latter will be excellent for a couple of convertions that I had planned. (an inquisitor lord with henchmen) Its scale is 1/32 so the size is about right too. (except for the helmets, but meh...) The details on some of the pieces in there is absolutely superb. Downside: its an all-resin kit with a small bit of brass-etched. The largest drill bit in the set is roughly similiar to one of the two middle-sized bits that come with the GW pin vice. Fatum est eternus. Omnis animus quirito pro salus. All in all it was a great event I had alot of fun except for 2 games back to back I lost 50% of my Raven wing bikes to bloody river crossings, God I miss skilled rider.
